July 25,2007, DMX was ordered by court to pay $242K to Amusing Diversions Inc,for not starting a clothing line as planned. The rapper's clothing line is called Boomer 129, after DMX's dog. The deal went sour when DMX failed to promote any of the items on TV and at public events. *SMH....Oh well, DMX, there's your 8 Ball money GONE"
