This is based on record sales only. There is no such thing as the best. WHo ever you like is going to be considered the best. By the way, what does the F stand for anyway?
I just disagree overall. I don't really have a favorite "rapper" but I do think Lil Wayne is pretty good. LMAO@ the F...Weezy "F" Baby...hmm...I aint gonna say it.
